Can I sell in-store and online from the same catalog?

Yes. Products belong to your store and can be sold through your storefront, the point of sale, and order menus. Stock is tracked per outlet, so each location sees what it actually holds.

How do payments and payouts work?

Customers pay by card or transfer at checkout, and you can also record cash and manual payments. Settled funds appear in your balance with payouts and expenses tracked in the same place.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every store gets a SecureMarts subdomain immediately, and you can connect a custom domain from store settings once you are ready to go live.

Does SecureMarts handle delivery?

You can manage delivery with your own riders, set up zones and pricing, or hand shipments to a delivery partner. Either way, tracking and returns live in the same order record.

Can I move my existing products across?

Yes. Products, variants and stock levels can be imported from a CSV file, and you can export the same data back out at any time. Your catalog stays yours.
